“Neuroinclusion at Work: Belonging, not the Buzzwords”
Ludmila Praslova, PhD
Author, “The Canary Code” Professor, Graduate Organizational Psychology
Vanguard University of Southern California

Abstract: The increased attention to neurodiversity at work is a welcome development for the long-excluded neurodivergent communities. However, there are still many barriers to inclusion, as well as disagreements and misconceptions that divide neurodivergent communities, academics, and practitioners, and get in the way of progress. This presentation will address neurodiversity terminology, dispel myths, and outline the best talent and organizational practices for creating truly neuroinclusive environments.
